I'm using MyFitnessPal and their default recommendations, which amounts to 50% carbs, 30% protein, and 20% fat. I aim for just under 2000 calories a day, so you can do the math. ;) Personally, I would like to do more of a 40%-40%-20%, which I think would be better for me.
