But, I figure no matter what, taking out the obvious sugar from my diet (the junk snacks that I love so much), and for a little while the simple carbs, will definitely do my body good, even if I don't get it perfect. :) Thanks for the encouragement, as always! xoAmy G.https://www.blogger.com/profile/11811216920141401233noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3011806481042483834.post-81097802126642535262016-10-26T08:01:24.494-07:002016-10-26T08:01:24.494-07:00Ugh, blogger ate my comment!
Sorry you are sick,...Ugh, blogger ate my comment!
Sorry you are sick, hope you feel better soon.

👍👍 on the interval training! Studies show it's better for both fitness gains and weight loss than steady-state cardio. When you feel better, that is.
That story about the apple and the PB? I thought you were going to toss the APPLE, LOL. As a sugar-avoider, I rarely eat apples and when I do it's only half an apple, as it's a really high sugar fruit. The PB is much lower in sugar so if avoiding the sugar is the goal, and it is for me, I stick with the PB and avoid the apple. I do eat fruit fairly regularly but it's low sugar fruit like berries or sometimes a little cantaloupe.
Feel better!Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10115761289088772657noreply@blogger.com
