Wearing it faithfully for a long time has been a real boost for me. There is such satisfaction striving for, and seeing the 'good' numbers. :)

It makes me want to walk more, even without wearing it now. I now can grasp how beneficial every step is, how that adds up. Before my mindset was - park close, & now I can feel very good about having to park farther out, walk farther to stuff... No more circling the parking lot needed, except maybe in the rain.

ChrissySteelers6https://www.blogger.com/profile/08162325092232779624noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3011806481042483834.post-59861788515292208772010-09-17T00:04:25.568-07:002010-09-17T00:04:25.568-07:00Good for you girl. xxxGood for you girl. xxxClaire https://www.blogger.com/profile/12150226708200368725noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3011806481042483834.post-51536432061937944202010-09-16T11:42:49.106-07:002010-09-16T11:42:49.106-07:00Woo hoo! Keep walking!

Keep walking!

I am taking a pain management class and they recommend increasing any aerobic activity by a measly 10% each week to avoid strain and bounceback pain. I know you're not in the chronic pain boat but I do think it's good advice. Do you wear a pedometer? When I used to wear one regularly (cheapo one from McDonalds of all places!) I was always surprised at what a boost it was just to park a couple rows further from stores and walk that little extra. It really added up!Jessehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09156138492859510400noreply@blogger.com
