It seems you've been struggling a lot...Hi Amy,

It seems you've been struggling a lot lately, not just with actions but with words, not sounding motivated or positive, and not really feeling the blog love. I know it is easy to get caught up in life and exciting plans and let go of progress and healthy actions, but you can do it! Going back to tracking is good! What about going back to the C25K program? You seemed so positive and happy with your progress when you were doing that last year, I hope you find something similar to inspire you on all fronts -- food, mood, exercise. Best of luck.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3011806481042483834.post-76292018367198156012009-08-11T10:05:38.059-07:002009-08-11T10:05:38.059-07:00I find tracking my food REALLY helps - do it! (ok ...I find tracking my food REALLY helps - do it! (ok - I don't do it often, but when I'm on a downward [read:upward on the scale] spiral it helps!). As for encouraging - I think your blog is great...I've gone through and read quite a few of your past posts as well as the forty project...I think you're amazing! Good job on your success thus far and continue the good work!sAmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01884692135194912701noreply@blogger.com
