So it is a huge accomplishment to still be committed to this.

No problem! I updated to have a link going to the Headspace website. It's a neat app for guided meditation, and I have really enjoyed using it in the past.

As for the reminders, I feel like I need nudges to remind me to get out of my chair when I am at work! So I'll probably set an alarm on my phone for every hour until I get the hang of the habit of hourly five-minute-ish walking breaks.

I love setting goals and find them helpful to get into the right mindset, even if I don't achieve what I had hoped down the line. Cheers to you, too!Amy G.https://www.blogger.com/profile/11811216920141401233noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3011806481042483834.post-73197262843610900712016-12-30T10:46:42.214-08:002016-12-30T10:46:42.214-08:00You've been at it for three years - that's...You've been at it for three years - that's FAN-DAMN-TASTIC! Definitely something to revel in.

I don't understand action plan items #4 and 5 - what is Headspace? I also don't understand action plan #6 - set reminders for what? An hourly walk? Maybe I'm slow, sorry :P

I'm going to join you in setting more goals for myself. As I looked back in my calendar I saw I had a goal for January during a major life transition (move across several states), and it was helpful to have that guiding me. Also, I met that goal and that was encouraging to look back on! Gonna learn from this, and use it more. Cheers and Happy New Year!
