    1. I do, indeed! It's not always easy when it goes slow, but I try to keep in mind that the slower it comes off, the more likely it is to stay off. And that is most important to me! :)

  2. I hope you've been doing well. I keep checking to see updates. You're still 36 pounds down from the start! I'm only about 15 down from my all-time high of a couple months ago.

  3. Wow you've made such good progress. I hope to get to where you are now. You are such an inspiration. I recently found this program https://bit.ly/2RYalg9 and it has helped me so far. I plan to continue with it and hopefully continue losing the weight.
