Down 15 pounds!

That's really all.

I guess that all the physical activity I'm getting is finally kicking in.

Seeing the numbers is great and all, but what really counts is that I am really getting into all these positive changes I am making for myself. I want to get better and stronger at everything I do, and I want to give it all the nutrition my body needs, and take care of it in the best way I can.


  1. Congratulations! That is huge. I so agree about it being about taking the best care of yourself, and yet it's also nice to see the scale cooperate, too. Hope you're feeling good from all your physical activity.

  2. Thanks so much, Wendy! Sometimes it feels like a huge accomplishment, and sometimes just a drop in the bucket. It really is a little of both, I guess. :) I just love that I am finding a way to live that is totally doable, totally enjoyable, and totally good for me. If it can be sustained (and I think that it can), then I hit the jackpot. :)
